<p>Usually, many colleges request for your final grades. In some cases (failing, losing academic standing, etc.) the colleges can choose to revoke your admission.</p>
<p>Almost all colleges ask for 8th semester grades. </p>
<p>And yes, they CAN affect you. Almost always though the regular decision is already made long before you finish high school. Most of the time, an enrollment deposit is due long before you graduate high school.</p>
<p>They will normally ask for and view it, if your grades drop a bit then nothing will happen but if they drop a lot and you are failing classes then you may be rescinded.</p>
