3.0 GPA requirement?

Just curious, but the 3.0 uw requirement stated in the prov. contract, is that required for each semester of sr. year? Or is it just the cumulative sr. year?

That requirement is for the cumulative senior year.
I hope you're not in a situation where you're forced to bank on that, though...

well just in case. i got a 3.8 my first sem sr. year.. and now i just feel like coasting through my classes

so would this cumulative gpa be an average of the two semesters?

or would it just be a continuation on your last semester's grades?

and whatever answer is given, are you ABSOLUTELY sure?

(no, i won't need to bank on this)

Yes.
No.
No.
Good.

if, unweighted, you get just below a 3.0 are they really in a "take no prisoners" mode and show no mercy to those who simply have hard classes and look bad unweighted?

i'm pretty sure they are strict about it. i know a kid who got his admissions revoked for getting a D so i'm sure it would be the same situation. keep those GPAs up! :)

is it really -- that -- hard to get a 3.0?

Yes. >_<

AP Calc is the devil!
