<p>Ok so i submitted my app to a college with a 3/1 deadline yesterday at around 7pm~ est time.
I just checked my common app today and it says Downloaded: 03/02/2011. Is this going to be a problem b/c it was downloaded after the deadline, however i submitted it before the deadline! someone help me so I don't go insane plz</p>
<p>3/1 is the deadline to submit (aka, the postmark deadline). If you were applying via mail, to have it on time, it would have to be postmarked by 3/1, even though it would be a few days until it arrived.</p>

<p>You’re welcome. I’ve been accepted to several schools that I submitted the app for on the deadline and had it downloaded the next day. Won’t be a problem.</p>
<p>Some schools wait quite a while to download them. They won’t hold their own delays against you, as they can see that you’ve met the deadlines.</p>
