<p>Hello</p>

<p>Grade reports from my high school came in recently and i found myself with a C in American literature :( Anyways, I was wondering how that might affect my status when colleges consider me. I am applying out-of-state (not Ivy League) and not in a state college. Thank you in advance for your replies.</p>

<p>mmm lets say somewhere in the top 30ish. My GPA is about a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale unweighted and my SAT score is 2200</p>

<p>I got a C+ sophomore year in math, not stopping me from applying to top 10 schools even;)You never know what will happen, just make sure everything else is ok.</p>

<p>I rocked a C in AP Calculus and AP Chemistry. I got into the schools I wanted to get into. No big deal.</p>
