Hi, I'm going to apply for transfer (I'm sophomore at a state college) and wondering if it is still good to get a letter of recommendation from an instructor, not a professor. She's neither a grad assistant nor a part-time instructor. Will colleges/universities still consider and look at my LOR if it's written by an instructor? (I posted this on the Common App forum but no one has replied...)

Within the guidelines of who can submit LORs for the colleges you’re applying to, go with whoever can write you the strongest LOR, no matter what their title.
