<p>I received a nomination a couple of days ago from my represenatative and I was just wondering if it is likely that I will now be accepted into the academies or have there been cases in which a candidate has received a nomination, but has not been accepted into the academy regardless of having received a nomination? <p>Approx 2,200 of those nominated candidates are fully qualified.</p>
<p>Approx 1,600 fully qualified nominated candidates receive appointments.</p>
