My DD received her acceptance yesterday along with a $15,000 scholarship offer - so yes, scholarships are still available and yes, you can get one even if your school doesn’t give class rank!

Congrats to her!

Thank you, pierre0913. Yes, DS has visited Clemson, but with his mother. I am taking him down in 2 weeks for a second visit and to hopefully rekindle his desire (also going to a men’s hoops game while there). I agree on the engineering point - it that is what he is interested in then Clemson is a no-brainer.

I know someone working in the admissions office is going to be stuffing acceptance letters all day so they’re almost coming! Good luck to everyone!

I legitimately just would like to know. This waiting is killing me. And I read they’re accepting 200 less students this year.

Well they have been accepting more students the last few years (and frankly they don’t have room for the extra students) so 200 less students would be going back to what they are normally accepting

For those who are waiting for Calhoun notifications: the early ones are being sent (we got email today).

I can confirm! Hope to hear good news from many people!

You do need your CID which took me a few minutes to track down though. The suspense was killing me!

Accepted to Calhoun honors college! Yay!

Congratulations!

Has anyone gotten into just Clemson (not the honors college)?

my D has heard nothing. I’m glad someone finally posted something. It’s awfully quiet for the week of 2/15. Here’s what the admission website has to say:

The vast majority of undergraduate admissions decisions for freshman applicants are going to the US Post Office in Clemson near the end of the week of February 11-15. Students can expect to begin to receive their decisions near the end of that week. It is important to note, however, that delivery times can vary by area. Also, February 18 is a federal holiday, and there will be no mail delivery that day.

This is our last open decision and I’m looking forward to this stage ending.

Good luck

Best of luck to you both, and everyone else still waiting!

Yeah, we’ve heard nothing. Daughter is debating between two other schools, and probably Clemson would not change anything (Her two other schools are instate, much cheaper, and in at least one case, more competitive, admissions-wise than Clemson), but it would be nice to hear. I’m surprised they don’t lose people by taking so long, but it must be like UF here in Florida, where everyone is waiting for them (UF notified on the 8th, but their application deadline is earlier than Clemson’s).

For the love of god, will they just send the letters already!

Mail just came, nothing in Maryland yet…

nothing in PA!

We are in NC. I can’t wait to get home and check the mail. The waiting is excrutiating!

Nothing in the Piedmont region of North Carolina

“I’m surprised they don’t lose people by taking so long”

Many schools (if you don’t apply early) won’t even notify you till April 1st haha - know the wait can be pretty long but just hang in there a few more days! (They did say February 15th and today is still the 13th) I would be shocked if NC/SC/GA people didn’t at least start hearing something by Friday since they’ve always been good about that.
