<p>Does Penn send ALL teachers letters to acknowledge the receipt of their recommendations? Or do they just send letters to SOME teachers?</p>

<p>i had a thrid party rec sent and they said that they don't register them on the computer but if they do get it they send thank you notes to third party (ie: not ur teachers but someone from the outside) and that's how you'll know if they've arrived.</p>
