english probably 6. For a 27 in math, 10-13? 27 in reading, 8-10? science like 7

I wouldn’t get our hopes up for this curve, guys. Usually, ACT is not very generous.

Narissa I do not think you are correct. The passage specifically said that her work was less groundbreaking. It wasn’t alluding to anything else.

It said although it might be less groundbreaking it ( dont remember the rest) and did you guys know the last science question with the 1 million years i put less than .005

word^, thus she meant it was less groundbreaking…

and @binderboy no it was between .01 and .005. The x-axis was in billions of years, so a million years later it would be somewhere between there, not all the way down.

For the dark galaxies did you guys have the graph a straight line which was constant?

yes^ it said dark energy remained relatively constant.

i agree with jman. also, anyone remember the question with the answer “no because all the galaxies add up to 100 percent”? something like that…was that the answer?

and a horizontal graph right?

Ya the galaxies add up to 100% what do you guys think 2 wrong on science would be?

yes horizontal graph. and the question was, at 9 bya were there galaxy types others than those listed… and the answer was yes because the percents did not add up to 100.

Wait, all the galaxies didn’t add up to 100%. It was 35, 35, and 15…

@binderboy nah. the percents were 38, 38, and like 20 which was not 100. Thus, other types of galaxies existed.

wait what? they did add up to 100 percent…didn’t they?

and wasn’t there just one answer choice that talked about 100 percent?

I had a downward sloping graph. Why would it be constant?

yes narissa is right.

@jones it would be constant because in the passage it said, dark energy or whatever it was called remains constant over time. So, the graph is constant

Because everything was 0% for years prior to 14 billion

for the 100 percent one, there was only one answer choice that stated anything about “100 percent” correct?

****. I never actually read the background info. I used info from the graphs, such as the fact that the number of new stars was declining and thought dark energy must then be declining.
