I just wanted to know if anyone has been accepted into a CSU with atleast one D? or does anyone know someone that got accepted with that grade
If your HS regularly sends kids there, your guid counselor can best answer you.
It depends upon what class the D is in? If it is an a-g course in Math or Language, a higher level class with a passing grade of C or better can validate the D in a lower level class. If it is in any of the other a-g courses and you have not meet the minimum CSU requirements, then your application will not be reviewed. You can also retake the class and the new grade will replace the old.

Assuming you’ve met the a-g matrix, you can make it into some. Your GPA is unlikely to be competitive for the most popular campuses like SDSU and CalPoly SLO
what about like csu east bay
Do you meet the a-g course requirements with the D? What class did you receive the D in? What is your CSU GPA? Test scores and break out?
Phisiology , one semester though the other i got a C
Physiology is not one of the required sciences. Do you have at least 2 of 3: Biology/Chemistry and/or Physics? If you have passing grades for 2 other science classes, you should be OK. It is really hard to determine since you have not posted your CSU GPA or your test scores. As long as you are not applying for the Nursing program, I think you should be fine. I would still confirm with your guidance counselor.
CSU requires at least one biological and one physical science.
i already completed bio and got B’s both semester and i’m currently doing physics and currently have an A . Im taking my sat on october before applying to colleges and i haven’t checked my gpa but for sure its above 2.0 . Ik csu’s accept above that. I dont really have in mind selective colleges. Ive been considering csu east bay a lot , besides im not doing nursing. Im majoring in psych
If you have Bio and Physics, then you should be fine. If you didn’t repeat the Physio class, that D will be part of your GPA, but it looks like your other science grades are good. Depending upon your GPA and SAT/ACT scores, there are 23 Cal states to choose from. Make sure you apply to several schools of varying selectivity, so you have several options this spring. Good Luck and keep up the good work.
CSU East Bay is not impacted except for the nursing major, according to http://www.calstate.edu/sas/impactionsearch/ .
Assuming that you are a California resident, how do your GPA and test scores stack up on this chart?
