Here are the two links from OSU showing how many have been admitted. For those still waiting, the no. of admits is below 25%, which means that many applications have simply not been processed.
This link shows no. of admits to different colleges and majors:
If I’m reading everything correctly, it looks like their yield to date is higher so far compared to last year.
I wonder if this means they’ll be getting more critical of applications & stingy with acceptances moving forward.
The yield is not higher as a percentage – they have admitted about 25% more than this time this year and have 10% more paying enrollment fee. But, it is so early in the game that it probably does not matter at all.
They admitted nearly 19500 last year, had around 7700 pay acceptance fee, and nearly 6900 actually joined. It is very early in the game and I don’t think their strategy is going to change.
If I’m reading this right, OSU has accepted 20% of the applicants so far. Last year, they accepted 55.5%. Hopefully this will give hope to those still waiting to hear - A LOT of students are still going to get accepted to OSU!
