Admit rate affected by what term you transfer?

I am just asking if college have less room for the winter/spring for transfers than they do for fall. Will this effect my chances of getting into UCLA if I apply as a transfer in 1.5 years which would be for the winter/spring term? Is it different for different majors?

I do realize I have posted stuff like this before, but this will affect whether I choose 1 or 1.5 or 2 years. I can't mess this up, this is practically the rest of my life.

I don't think UCLA accepts winter/spring transfers
