<p>I’ll be there! Where is everyone flying from/to? And what time? I’m flying from Philly to San Jose, and I’ll be there around noon on Wednesday (I didn’t book it, Stanford did!).</p>
<p>Arriving (driving from Southern California / Los Angeles) to San Jose Wednesday night (leaving Wednesday already noon) and staying with friends up there.
Going to campus Thursday morning =)</p>

<p>Admit Weekend is for everyone. You’ll get an invite if you are accepted; EA and QB students have already received their invites.</p>
<p>What is a QB?</p>
<p>QB = QuestBridge, a special application program for high-achieving, low-income students.</p>
<p>I was so disappointed when I found out I couldn’t make it . . . I really wanted to go mainly to chat with the other admits (and potential classmates) and meet all the wonderful people. I don’t want to go on another day 'cause there’ll be fewer people there, y’know? And I’ll always have a chance to explore campus and whatnot, so I don’t really care about that.</p>
<p>I have the school play (I’m Cogsworth in B&B) and Senior Prom, both on Admit Weekend. What luck, huh?</p>

Your RoHos (Room Hosts) are going to be awesome and welcoming, your HoHos (House Hosts) are going to be hyper-enthusiastic and there for your questions, and your Head HoHos + hundreds more eager helpers are going to make these two days one of the best (and smoothly run!)</p>

<p>I don’t know if I’m gonna make the trip up there. I visited Stanford last July for the regular info session/campus tour deal. Its like a 10-hour drive… and I don’t think I’m going to spring for a flight. Do you guys think its worth it to attend? Especially if I’ve already seen the campus before?</p>
<p>Just admitted and definitely going to the Admit weekend~ is this parents AND students?</p>
<p>You can bring your parents to Admit Weekend. I can’t say I’ve been there, but when I went to prospective student weekends, those who brought their parents seemed to have considerably less fun (and not because we were doing illicit things, but because of the pain of having to meet up with them, sit through parent meetings, etc.).</p>
<p>I have the schedule for Admit Weekend and I just want to say it looks like it is definitely worth it.</p>
<p>Yeah, I suggest not bringing your parents. There’s not much for them to do, and you’ll be too busy to spend much time with them.</p>
<p>Do you guys suggest attending if I have already visited and money is a little tight?</p>
