Am I limited to one school at Rice?

<p>Going by the CommonApp it seems that way, but I just want to make sure. I'm interested in double-majoring in English and Computer Science and taking a wide array of classes (sciences, humanities, social sciences, etc.). Would I be able to take courses outside of my major(s), and if I can, would I be able to double major in English and computer Science?</p>
