Am I screwed with transferring into Engineering?

I’m currently attending a community college in IL(second year) and am applying to UIUC for Fall 2018 after this semester for
for Computer Engineering
.
My GPA will be right around 3.5-3.6 by the time I apply. I’m have mostly A’s, a few B’s, and one C in Physics 1 from Spring 2017 (I’m assuming the equivalent of Physics-Mechanics at UIUC). I was struggling financially, working 35 hours per week and my grade suffered a bit in that class.

I’ve read that they require only As and Bs in all technical courses, but how hard will they hold that against me being my only bad grade?

I took physics 2 right after and got an A in it. Though, I’m kinda freaking out because I feel like retaking physics 1 would’ve been a smarter idea before physics 2. I will probably retake physics 1 next semester anyway just to bump my GPA up. Also, I’ve taken/currently taking all of the required and recommended courses, if that helps. I would be transferring in as a junior.
