I just got admission of Masters of Science of Accounting from both AU and BU. I am really confused about which one to choose. Which one has a better career choices? The most important thing for me is to find internship and jobs after graduation. Anyone know any information about their placement?
Thank you so much!

happybecky: Top accounting firms in NY LOVE Binghamton....Call the placement office of School of Management and ask for stats...I think it would surprise you.....

No idea about American, but if internships and jobs are your concern, you have nothing to worry about at BU

If you want to work in Washington, DC, American is probably better. If you are a New York resident, Binghamton is probably cheaper, and could be the better choice.

I generally agree with OneMom. It really depends on where you intend to work/live after graduation. Binghamton is a fine school but, like most of the SUNY system--it has little visability outside of New York. But if you are planning to stay in New York--it is well regarded and cheaper as well. Outside of New York, AU will have more name recognition. But lets face it, neither one is Wharton--so the bottom line is that it won't make a huge difference either way.
