Did your acceptances come in packets or just a simple letter?

I know this thread has not been active for a while… However, I have a question, and I was hoping someone could help me figure this out. I was accepted to American for fall 2018. How did you guys get your transfer credit evaluation? I need to make my final college decision soon, and I still have not gotten anything from AU about the transfer of credits. Thank you for your help!
