<p>I was told by an Ivy League assistant dean of Admissions that American citizens who live in other countries and who have never had the benefit of an international or bilingual education and who can still pass the SATs are examined in a different pool than other candidates and are sure to "get in" to good schools. Does anyone know if this is true?</p>
