Anatomy/Physiology Honors + APUSH versus Biology Honors + Modern U.S History Honors?

So I have some schedule problems.

I was initially recommended for APUSH and Bio Honors. But my schedule won't work out. My goals for undegrad are to be Pre-Med, so I thought it would be better for me to take Bio honors and then Bio AP as a senior.

If I want to keep APUSH though, I'd have to switch my science class to anatomy and physiology honors.

I'm well aware though that colleges want to see me take AP classes. And the only one available for juniors is APUSH.

I could still take Bio AP as a senior without the Bio honors, but I don't want to hurt myself in the long run. :(

But if I keep biology honors as a junior, I can't take APUSH and would have to settle for an honors history course.

APUSH is the only AP class offered for juniors. I took WHAP sophomore year, so I'm scared that if I don't take APUSH it will look like I'm "stepping down" for course rigor.

A lot of the colleges recommend taking "the highest course rigor available to you" so I am so confused. :(

Don’t be afraid of taking AP Bio without having taken Bio Honors. It’s not that big a deal. It’s not as if you’re taking orgo with no chemistry background.

Take the AP courses. Do as well as you can in them. Have no regrets; you tested yourself to the max, just as you should.
