Anyone finished dorm shopping?

I still have to buy pillows and cleaning supplies.

Stil got to buy the big stuff. like fridge, microwave…and stuff.

Just a heads up. . .Lowes is offering 20 percent off all microwaves.

I still need to buy a fridge, pillows & some other small things. I have a lot of it out the way, though.

yeah pretty much done, but still need to load up on winter clothing. for everything else… Bed Bath & Beyond is dorm shopping haven :]

I haven’t even started rofl. I plan to start Aug.14

I bought…a microwave (from Lowes haha), but I still need pillows and other things. :(

stratusfaction, when do you move in?

So close.

I’ve got to get a trashcan, some basic cleaning supplies, and my first round of hygiene stuff.

Thank God too. It was such a long list. ><

I’ve gotten my bedding and a few random things like a shower tote and hangers but I still have a lot left to do.

Doing summer school, so I’m leaving in three days.
All my shopping is done, unless of course my parents come up with another ridiculous thing to buy for me.
I can’t exactly pack all my stuff up yet in case I need it, so it’s slow.

FairyBag77, I move in August 24th. So hopefully I can condense all of my shopping to 3 days (The 14th and 2 days the following week).

I need to get a new fridge, school supplies, a new fan, and a few odds and ends.

I still have most of the stuff from an apartment I lived in so I don’t need much. I volunteered myself to buy a mini-fridge. By the way, Target has had some on sale for $50 and Wal-Mart had some for $58. They were the cheapest I’ve been able to find.

I don’t really know of anything I actually need except cold medicine and basic stuff like that. What’s left is mostly stuff I want to decorate my dorm with :)

^October, make sure they’re real refrigerators. Some of the cheap ones are just fancy coolers and won’t actually keep things the right temp.

Stratufaction, not bad not bad at all
For freshman year I shopped one Saturday before move in day and packed my stuff the night before. I guess I was a procrastinator >_<.

I already have some decorating and bedding stuff in my online walmart shopping cart. But since I’m coming from overseas I can’t buy the rest until I get there.

But the cool thing is that with walmart site to store I can order my stuff like now and have them waiting for me to pick up! Which saves a lot of stress and time :)

Gonna need new clothes and bedding stuff (i.e. pillows, sheets, and comforter). At summer school so gonna have to do it gradually…

I’m almost done. I have the big stuff like bedding taken care of. One of my roommates is bringing a fridge and microwave, luckily. Just need to get an extension cord, random dorm and food items, usb flash drive, and clothing (not really for college, but I need new clothes).

Espresso, I’m not sure if you’re a freshman or not but once you get to college you realize that the majority of the people don’t care about what they wear to class or out. Though, there will be a handful of girls with Gucci bags, Louis and guys in Dolce Gabbana :/
