<p>No offense, but you sound like a stereotypical Asian…You’re GPA is quite low, but your SAT is quite high. You should have focused more on ECs earlier during high school. Colleges want to see how well-rounded a student is.</p>
<p>yeah that’s the thing I regret. I couldn’t put as much time into EC because I would suffer on the educational side. Unfortunately I’m not talented enough to do many ECs and keep up my grades + SAT.</p>
<p>As for leadership, does this count?
In 9th grade, school orchestra, I was the section leader for a group of violins for the entire year. I just pretty much look after them and teach them how to play when we do sectionals. Although we don’t have alot of sectionals (once every two weeks?). Not much leadership roles after that though -.-</p>
<p>Mid reach. GPA is very low. EC’s are so so. It’s not looking that great for you right now but you should try to write the statements as best as you can.</p>
