Anything else left for Fall 2014 Transfers?

I've already filled out my Transfer Academic Update and my Berkeley app update a while ago. Is there anything else we need to do by today? I'm just checking in.

Unless you make any changes to classes you put in your application, in which case you should inform each campus individually as soon as possible, you’ve got nothing left but to wait 2-3 months until your future is decided.

No. Now, you just play the waiting game along with the rest of us. Berkeley will release admission decisions in approximately three months. Good luck!

As far as I’m concerned there is nothing else to turn in, unless a UC contacts you for extra information.
Just make sure that you don’t forget other important documents to fill out like your FAFSA, IGETC certification (if applicable to you), scholarships, etc…

Best of luck!

Yup, I didn’t have anything else to update yesterday. But, I need to do the high school transcript thing and IGETC certification by a certain date.

So, do we get the IGETC certification after Spring semester or quarter? And do we only send it to the school we SIR to?

@Snorlaz

I don’t know how it works at your CC, but at my CC, you generally start the IGETC certification process in the spring semester, not after. And regardless of which cc you attend, you only send IGETC certification to the school to which you will SIR.

You basically sit and wait, and keep your grades up.

After admissions come out, you’ll have a whole new stack of things. Terms and Conditions (grades grades grades!), SIR, SLR, sending official scores/grades, orientation, registration/housing, etc. UC usually gives you a to-do list. But that’s all far away, nothing’s left to do on applications.

Failure622 - I’m just taking 5/6 classes pass/fail (they’re all GE for IGETC) and one class for one unit Independent Studies in my major Sociology.

I TAG’d so I’m pretty good just gotta wait for the financial aid letters and decide where to go.
