Which has more work to do and which is harder overall? I am better at Math than I am at English and reading if it helps.

AP Chem is less work and for me easier because I’m good at solving problems and synthesizing solutions. AP Bio is much more workload at my school and actually requires reading the book whereas AP chem doesn’t really. Others will tell you AP Chem is more difficult though (at my school they do say that but hey they suck at both so what do they know lol!)

I’m in both and I would have to say that AP Chemistry is a lot more difficult. It’s a lot more problem solving. It’s good that you’re good at math which will help a little in AP Chem, but you also have to be able to apply different concepts to a variety of situations.

AP Chem will be good if you are a good problem solver because you can solve most things through a little study, common sense, and use of the equation sheet. Success in AP Chemistry is mostly binary at my school. Some people just get it and for them it’s a very easy class (we don’t do labs too often). Others put a lot of time into it and still struggle to get B’s.

I haven’t taken Bio yet, but my friends who have consider it to be a lot of memorization and reading, so if you aren’t prepared to read a lot and gather lots of useful information you might want to put it off.
