<p>I think you are answering your own question without realizing it. If you have to take it at UCLA again then no it did not fulfill your preq requirement. If you UCLA didnt give you credit for it, the type of credit you need for your major or for GE then you do not have credit for it. Just b/c your CC gave you credit for it, that doesnt matter. </p>
<p>If your major has a preq of 31 A and you do not get AP credit for 31a then you do not satisfy that preq. </p>
<p>You can only transfer as a Junior- most UC campuses do not accept senior transfer. However you can have unlimited number of Units from a community college, they will give you course credit for anything over 70/105 not unit credit, coming from community college it is IMPOSSIBLE to enter as a senior transfer.</p>
