AP credit transfer

So I know that the policy for government credits in Texas vary from school to school because of how they arrange their sequences but I was wondering if this would work:

At my community college (Midland College), claiming AP govt credit allows you to get credit for govt 2302, the equivalent of GOV 312L. If I were to go ahead and send in my AP scores to the community college and claim for 2302 (GOV 312L) and then proceed to take the govt 2301 class (which is GOV 310L), would I then be able to send both credits as transfer credit back to UT upon completion of the 2301? I'm asking because I feel that it is easier to take care of the government credits at one institution rather than get all the sequences mixed up.

And also, I made a 4 on my AP govt, so I'm not doing this b/c of the lower acceptance requirements at community college, just to streamline everything into one institution so that nothing gets mixed up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
