AP credits counting toward GPA?

<p>I was just wondering, because I checked my email and saw that UM received my AP scores, whether or not any transfer credits received would count toward GPA at all. On my unofficial transcript, something like this</p>

<p>" Undergraduate L S & A GRADE HOURS MSH CTP MHP</p>

<p>ECON 102X Departmental T 0.00 0.00 2.00 0.00"</p>

<p>showed up and I checked on the LSA website to see how GPA was calculated and how AP scores were credited, but I'm still a bit unsure (and my parents won't leave me alone about finding out) so any help would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>Your AP credits does not count toward your GPA, but they do count toward your total credits required for graduation. You’ve got the 2 credits for ECON 102.</p>
