AP European History? Easy or Hard?

I plan on taking Ap euro during the summer before my senior year. Ive heard it was a really hard class but im not sure since im taking it online. BTW I will be trying to finish it in like 2 months working about 5 hours a day on and off. Is this possible?

Also, one last thing...For those of you who have never taken an online class, the teachers cant really "see" you when you are taking the online tests. "If you know what I mean" :)

It’s all up to your teacher. My teacher gives us .75-1.5 hours of homework a day, but your mileage varies. I wouldn’t recommend doing it over the summer though, there’s quite a large amount of terms and events and you would be REALLY scrambling in May in order to re-memorize everything.

I’m even more worried because you’re implying you may cheat during tests. While I’m not going to give you a huge moral rant, I do think you may not understand the content well during the test, and you will need further studying. Is the class not offered at your school?

But yes, if you commit yourself to it and review a bit every month after you complete the course it certainly is doable.

The class isnt offered at my school and I dont plan on taking the AP exam. Im just doing it so I can get the valedictorian award. (GPA boost) Im like 0.08 points off from beating the first guy.

Alright, then by all means do it… the class is trivialized if you can look at notes during tests.

Your schools give you AP weight online even when you don’t take the exam?
lucky

They wouldn’t know whether you’re cheating or not unless you copy the book word for word during the essay or something. Open book history tests are a joke.

^—Exactly…Some people are just too serious here…

ap euro requires some work… medium difficulty imo
