AP Scholar Help. Please read!

I am currently taking AP Eng Lang, AP Stats, and AP US History as a Junior in High School.
I am definately taking AP Stats and AP Lang exams and Feel confident on getting a 4, if not 5 on both the exams. History, however, would require tons of effort, which I am not sure is worth it.

In my school, US history is divided into two years, US I and US II. APUSH is US II, which only covers 1920's and onwards (30% of the exam). In Regular US I (which I took), you really learn little to nothing. So should i bother using all of March and April, teaching myself everything until 1920? Is all this worth the effort, or is SAT prep/other classes better time well spent?

I was thinking, with APUSH I would qualify for the AP Scholar Award as a Junior. Does that mean anything?

Not very significantly. If you’re on track to get it, its great, but if you have to self study a LOT of APs just to get it, it’s probably not worth it

well senior year i have 5 AP’s schedule so im set then. im asking if its helping for college apps. i already have 2 guarenteed, so 1 more worth it?

bump, please help!

No, It’s not going to make the difference between getting into the college you want and being rejected. Personally, I feel the class rigor itself will be looked upon more so than the award. Plus, no point in killing yourself if you don’t feel like your ready for the test. Spend your time doing other EC’s, SAT, solidifying other classes, and whatever other stuff you feel needs attention.
