AP Statistics?

Conceptually how hard is AP Statistics? How hard is the AP test? Any thoughts about the class would be appreciated.

AP Stat is one of the easiest AP tests.

It’s really easy. Most of it is just knowing how to word your answers. The curve on the AP is pretty gentle.

I think ap stats is pretty cool. I’ve got like a 92 in my class. Some people try really hard and just don’t get it but for the most part, people only do bad when they don’t put in the work outside of class. I don’t think it’s too hard. It’s a good math to take. I’m MUCH more worried about ap environmental than stats but that’s mostly because my environmental teacher is literally the worst teacher in the country. Take stats though, you won’t regret it!

Conceptually, its a piece of chi.

But busy-work your lets produce endless graphs and punch numbers and numbers and numbers and looking at distribution tables and punching in more numbers and…
It’s one of the worst senoritis classes out of them all (plus I don’t need it, its just something nice to know)!

Calculus trumps this class and gives much less busywork, and I find it easier dealing with Calc personally :P

Just know how to use your calculator. and which tests to use when.

It’s not that easy.

Agree with most of above except the most important part is usually interpreting your results in context and things. And knowing a good deal of conceptual things… it’s definitely not computation heavy like calculus, especially since you have a calculator
