After waiting patiently from UF on my application seeking a degree in Finance. I just check my application today and they decided to cancel my application due to the school had a deadline in which I didn't meet. This is a bunch of bull and all excuses to take your money and fees.

I research online every page for deadlines where don't see anything on an early deadline for Finance where should be classified under Business Administration which the deadline is July 1, 2012 for transfer applications.

I still have backups of USF and UCF where it seems more of a better choice for me now. I can't believe wasted my time and money on this school.

Update: Just called UF and now they informed me my application was denied due to me already have a Bachelor’s Degree. There policy is they don’t accept anybody with a bachelor’s degree in there school for admissions. Full of crock!

They wouldn’t have accepted you anyways. Your spelling and grammar is appalling and could have been written better by a 5th grader… you must be trolling.

Easttowest94, you are a loser and good luck to your failure in school. I will stay at my current job making $55K-$60K a year and deal with the drama at work. I also can go back to school and get a master’s degree in my current degree in Management.

Tell us how you really feel.

You posted on University of Florida’s page, bashing the school, and you didn’t expect to get fussed at? Sorry I hurt your feelings, but have some common sense.

It’s not a load of crock. It was your personal responsibility to discover this information before paying the non-refundable fees and it’s not as if UF or any of these other institutions automatically know you’ve previously obtained a bachelor’s degree.

A very simple search on UF’s site showed they do not accept 2nd degree candidates and also have a limited capacity for non-degree students as well (which you should look into doing instead of completing a full second bachelor’s btw).
