Which text did you guys use for APUSH? Self-Studying this summer, thanks !

Bailey's American Pagaent
:) SO GOOD

same my class used american pageant also the new edition.
then for summarizing, the teacher recommended REA's AP US

I recommend the blue test review book from AMSCO in conjunction with The American Pageant.

The Enduring Vision by Boyer.

The American Pageant, 13th edition
Bailey, Cohen, Kennedy

I second/third/whatever the American Pageant.

I used American History: A Survey, by Alan Brinkley.

But yeah, AMSCO would work. And American Pageant seems a lot more common.

Pageant. .

enduring vision

AMSCO was highly recommended by my US History teacher.

textbook: THE AMERICAN PAGEANT

prep book: AMSCO

plain and simple

Textbook: American Pageant
Prep: AMSCO or REA(I've used REA, haven't seen AMSCO yet, but I heard it's better than REA)

The American Pageant and AMSCO hands down.

Read the Bailey and review from Princeton Review and you should be fine for the exam.

Even though it's not a textbook, get Out of Our Past by Carl N. Degler. We worship that man at our school.

I also recommend America's Heart and Soul (a DVD) while your at it. It has nothing to do with the AP exam, but is entertaining. One guy shot a ham out of a cannon and made sandwiches!!!! :D

AMSCO is a good prep book.

american nation by garraty....and AMSCO.

The Enduring Vision by Boyer, along with the AMSCO blue book.

Hands down.

The end.

Amen.

Thank you.

The Enduring Vision puts The American Pageant to shame, and I've used both of them (my teacher hated The American Pageant and got my school to order The Enduring Vision).

Is the text for any of these books available online ? Thanx again.
