are these scores competitive

SATI: 2160...700CR 800M 660W

Math II: 790
Physics: 760
Latin: 720
Chem: 680

ACT: 34.....35E, 35M, 32R, 32S

Are these scores competitive for engineering programs at Duke, Rice, etc. What should i work on?

"oh, no. another CC user complaining about his super low scores again..."

no.
consider community college......... are you kidding?!

No, geez only 2300+ and 35 or 36 on the ACT will get you into college. Try summer school/CC/pumping gas/waitressing for the rest of your life.

jk... Its fine, don't worry

Your scores are competitive, relax. You did take the ACT with writing though, right? Otherwise, your ACT score isn't competitive. XD

SAT is a little weak for duke or rice, with the ACT score, you're pretty much set (as far as testing goes). you might want to consider refraining from sending your SAT scores

Your ACT score is very competitive for the schools you mentioned.

arrrggg... i haate when people worry about their scores even when they have a perfect 800 in a section. UUERGHHH!

Good luck =)

latin!!! cool!

I might redo the chem though, especially if you're going for engineering. I mean, a 780 in chem is only in the 90th percentile, so by percentile that score could be boosted.
