<p>I'm looking at the TAG requirements for UCSB and UCSC and they both require me to have Stats(Elementary Stats), but I have taken stats(for behavioral and psychological sciences)!! Will they accept that???</p>
<p>If it isnt included as an option for that reqierment from that or another CCC then probably not. I would suggest taking it, it will probably be more geared towards your major and assuming you have an interest in it, it will gove you more experience in at least applying the information to your career.</p>

<p>Some other schools allow you to take either stats class but the ones I plan on applying take math22 instead of psyc 5! And I won’t have room for the math22 since I have to finish the calc requirement for my major!</p>
<p>That’s strange, I just checked assist for both UCSC and UCSB from my particular CC and it said either psych 258 (behavioral science stats) or math 119 (elementary stats) are acceptable. You could always call each school I guess. Or you could take both just in case. I think I have to take both. Better stats experience I suppose haha</p>

<p>San diego mesa college, I’m going for psychology as my major. I don’t know why it would be any different for your school. I mean, that would suck if you really had to take both. You should phone them or something</p>

<p>Do you guys not have a summer quarter? In our CCC we can take some (limited) IGETC courses over the summer and they hold the same merit.</p>
