Average GPA for transfer students

Does anybody know the average GPA for out of state transfer students admitted to Indiana University?

Also if you were accepted as an out of state transfer student could you share your details and when you applied?

If your ultimate goal in transferring to IU is to get into Kelley, then remember that it is a two step process. The first is to get accepted to IU; that is the easy part. It is much more difficult to get accepted into Kelley. It is a big risk for out of state students, because OOS cost of attendance is high.

If I were OOS and trying to get into Kelley, I would start in a Spring semester and get word about acceptance/denial before starting again in the next fall semester. That way, if you don’t get accepted to Kelley, you can just cancel your enrollment for fall semester and get your money back.

You should just take 12 credits in your spring semester and make sure you get solid B and higher in all classes:
* Complete one course on the IU Bloomington campus from each of the following areas:
o Business Analysis (BUS-A 201, BUS-A 202, BUS-L 201, ECON-E 201, ECON-E 202, BUS-K 201, or BUS-X 201)
o Mathematics (MATH-M 118, MATH-M 119 or ECON-E 370)
o Communication (BUS-C 104, BUS-C 204 or ENG-W 131)
* Complete one additional course on the IU Bloomington campus in any of the areas above, for a total of four Kelley admissions courses.

If you take transfer in with credit for ENG W131 (English composition), then you can take C104 and C204 the same semester.

nice!
Which math course seems to be harder at Indiana University, Finite math or Business calculus and do I have to take both? I’ll knock out the harder class before I transfer in if both must be taken.
