<p>I was just wondering what the average utilities cost is for an apartments (1B/1B) in North Campus? I was talking to a realtor and he said its $100/month which is really high IMO.</p>
<p>I lived at 38th st for 3 years. I lived in a 2/2 so not sure exactly what the translation is to a 1/1. The bill for the entire apartment was normally $27/mo for water and $30-$100 for electricity depending on whether we turned heat/AC. </p>
<p>I imagine 1/1 won’t be half of what we paid, but $100 seems a bit high.</p>
<p>@kkwa: What about internet? I’m not sure whether the place I’m looking at needs gas (I mean whats the point of having gas if you dont have a oven using gas or heating that uses gas?)</p>
