<p>Does national merit commended go in the awards section? and if so, is it considered national? Sorry, it seems like a really stupid question since the word "national" is in it, but I'm not sure because the scores are by state.
If I did a sport for fun only for the summer (swim team), do I put it down as an extracurricular? I didn't go to any meets or anything though
I also did karate and got my second degree black belt, but I quit before high school. I placed in state competitions. Can I still write that in my ec section? I mean.. I didn't do it in high schools, but it is still somewhat of an achievement.
Do academic honor societies or award recognitions that you will receive at the end of senior year still go on the awards section?</p>
