@icicle11 I thought the hear back date for international students was the same as for domestic students—for example, if decisions were to come out Dec. 12 at 7 in the evening then yours would come out Dec. 13 at 1 am. At least, that is how it works with the release dates for different time zones in the US
I’m freaking out y’all!! Would it be a good idea to call admissions and ask them when they’re going to release decisions? I won’t tell them my name of course.

My mom was egging me on to call them, but I haven’t done it! I get a little jittery ordering a pizza over the phone, but if @mintstars would be willing I’d be appreciative 
I for one am hoping for the 8th (the sooner the better!), but the evidence pointing towards the 12th from @HongdouMianbao seems stronger.
and did everyone who got the finaid message live in a nearby area ??
@meimeilatte I live in North Carolina and got my finaid email a week ago but I think it I may have gotten it earlier because I had already talked to them before to get my noncustodial parent’s income waived
@meimeilatte nope, i got one on the 29th and i live in california. for anyone who hasn’t gotten it, i wouldn’t worry. i’m sure it’s an error on their side because they wouldn’t want to give away info about who was or wasn’t admitted.
is anyone else’s financial aid portal not working? i just checked mine right now and it’s saying that it’s not available
@rosola3 Strange, mine is up and running, but it was being finicky earlier. I think it’s just an old site that needs updating.

also do they read all the apps and then make decisions in the final week or do they read and decide then???

@meimeilatte it goes through a bunch of people. First your local rep, then a couple other people in the actual admissions office at Barnard.
