Hey, how helpful is this book? I have been using it and scoring fairly low (for me...I already took the SAT: 700M / 700V...but getting like 690 V and 650 M in this book). Is this book usually seen as much harder than the actual test? If that's the case, if i can start scoring 1400s on these tests, what should I expect for the real thing? thanks

any thoughts?

it's harder than the real thing

alright, how great of a discrepency do you feel there is between Barron's and the actual exam?

i think there should probably be some sort of 30 point increase at least from my results in barron's on the actual exam....does that seem right?

depends from section to section. I'd say the math has the highest amount of difference....writing is closer to the real thing.....and CR's difficulty is between the difference of math and writing. all harder than the actual test though

bump this piece

I am using barron's too, but the questions seem harder than the actual sat questions; i've been getting 700 + on cr (from the official blue book), but i am literally missing every other question in the barron's book. i wonder why
