boris is that you?

Changing schools at UCSD borders on impossible. You need to accept the school you were placed in.

who are you helplesslyhoping?

leti :] i recognized you from your name haha same as your sn!

haha wattup letiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii congrats hun i heard! didnt know anyone from bhs knew these boards. lol this is what i do instead of hw. so anxious for la and cal!

congrats to you too :] haha when i was doing my whole nyu thing i stumbled onto this website and it has been very helpful haha. yeah me too but i think ucsd is the place for me.. i doubt ill get into ucla or ucb so ucsd is becoming much more appealing and im very happy with muir :]

yeah im jealous omg muir seems awesome! revelle is like.... ugh damn! what major you put? im pre-bioeng:premed

umm yeah that face was not suppose to be there, Pre-Bioengineering:Pre-Medical

comment on erc plz?

bioengineering.. thats intense ! political science for me :] did your sister apply? where else did you apply/ hear from?

lets stop abusing this post, call me or pick up ur fone lol

am i the only one that had revelle #1...i don't shy away from challenges, which is why i will continue to throttle y'all if i go here

Does anybody know more about Sixth College? I was accepted as Pre-Bioengineering/Pre-Med and I know I like the fact that Sixth combines culture and technology, but does anybody know what the residence halls/dorms are like? Thanks!

I don't shy away from challenges, either. I just don't want to be reamed by GEs I generally (no pun intended) do NOT care about.

I just want to get into my major as fast as possible.

for pre-meds: revelle claims that, among all public schools in the nation, it has the highest percentage of its students getting accepted to medical schools.

Interesting, can you post a link to that information?

while that may be coincidence of facts (i kind of doubt it actually, because you're not officially polled for what you do after UCSD), i might make the point that being in revelle will NOT give you an advantage over people at other colleges. that's one thing revelle tried to squeeze into our minds while we were there (ie, we're special, look at all our hard GEs, etc) -- and continued that mantra up through the commencement speeches, when a good 80% of the graduating students were rolling their eyes and sharing stores on how they managed to skip out on the hum requirement through 4-week classes at JCs. IN THE END, YOU ARE A UCSD STUDENT. not revelle. you'll tell future coworkers you're from UCSD, not from their "renaissance college."

Mercado is goin down too... man where the hell is everyone gonna eat???
