We’re in the final stage of this year’s admission adventure - most CC members probably know where they’ll be heading in the fall, and the last major admissions round will wrap up today.
Best of luck to everyone from the entire CC team - our volunteer mods, our staff, and all the technical folks who work behind the scenes to keep the site running and feature-rich.
Even though some members will get (or have already gotten) some disappointing news from crazy-selective schools, I’m confident that nearly everyone here has one or more great college opportunities ahead.
Thanks for being part of the CC community! And feel free to share your newly-gained knowledge with the next generation!
A huge thank you to the entire CC team and all of the members who have provided advice, encouragement and guidance throughout the often-stressful process of applying to summer programs and colleges! I’m so glad I found out about this website early on in high school; even though hearing about other people’s amazing stats can sometimes be a bit discouraging, overall, the resources on this website have helped me so much.

Thank you to all the moderators and posters who make this board an informative and supportive place through the college admissions process. Thanks to the many parents and good luck to the high school seniors who have posted here and their families. I hope everyone is accepted to a school where you will be happy and will do well.
Thank you for these forums! I don’t know how I would have stayed sane this past month without the support of fellow parents and students going through (or having gone through) the same thing!
Hi. I’ve noticed a display problem that started yesterday on threads with many pages of posts. The post texts stretch nearly endlessly across the page because the long list of page numbers at the top of the page isn’t cropped. Is there something either I or y’all can do about this?
I’m not a senior yet, but I am so grateful to College Confidential, and the wonderful, supportive people on here. Not only have I learned how the admissions process kind of works, but I’ve learned that I should do what I love and whatever makes me a better person, not whatever makes me look like a better person in the eyes of college admissions counselors. For this piece of advice, I am forever indebted, or else I would have spent the rest of my high school years doing stuff I didn’t like
