Bikes on Campus - Yay or Nay?

I’m an incoming freshman, out of state, with no car. I’m wondering if I should bring a bike. Some of my classes are only 15 mins apart, for instance, I have a class in Ayres Hall ending at 3:20, then a class in the Art and Architecture building starting at 3:35. According to Google Maps, it’s a 13 minute walk, and I wouldn’t call myself super athletic or anything. Taking into consideration the incoming mass of students that’ll be flooding into campus causing traffic, and the possibility of snow or rain, two minutes of extra time isn’t all that much. So either I haul it at warp speed, or risk waltzing into my psych class late. Any advice?

I think you should be okay walking. If you find that it’s a problem, just advise the teacher of your class in the A&A Building that you may wander in a minute or two late on occasion due to the distance of your previous class.

^^Thanks! I ended up switching around that one class in my schedule so I now have a good amount of time between each class. Glad to hear the professors allow some leeway with getting to class on time.
