Books about college life

Which ones have you read? What did you think about them? Any recommendations?

I'm coming from a boarding school so I'm a bit less clueless about dorm life and homesickness but I'm sure that there are a lot of differences.

Anyway, some books that I'm considering reading:

The Naked Roommate

Been There, Should've Done That

The Everything College Survival Book

How to Survive Your Freshman Year

Everything You Need to Know Before College: A Student's Survival Guide

College 101: The Book Your College Does Not Want You to Read

If you’re a girl, you could check out U Chic: The College Girl’s Guide to Everything. It’s pretty funny.

I loved the Naked Roommate. It was so funny and a really easy read and it’s pretty accurate as far as I’m concerned haha

If you are a girl, I’d recommend you to read The Freshmen Fifteen: a novel about college by C. Jules. Although it is a novel, it is based off the author’s personal experiences and is generally very accurate in depicting college life (and is quite interesting/funny).

My recommendation is How to Win at College by Cal Newport. Some good stuff. Not all.

The Cure for Alcoholism: Drink Your Way Sober Without Willpower, Abstinence or Discomfort
