Boston College or UCLA

My decision has come down to these two schools. I am planning to major in physics and potentially double major in business, but I’m not sure yet. I’m from California and am wondering about how good of an education I would get at each of these schools and what the social life is like at each of them. I’d really appreciate any input and im stoked for wherever i end up going so thanks haha

Dear ShredDoggy : Start from your second sentence - Physics and Business. At Boston College, Physics is in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Business is in the Carroll School of Management (CSOM). You can only apply to one school or the other. If you apply to CAS, you can take a limited number of CSOM based courses, however these will be insufficient for a double major. Conversely, a CSOM appointment will likely not allow sufficient time to complete a Physics major at Boston College.

Therefore, if your goal is to complete both inside of the standard four years, Boston College might well not be the right choice for you. You will need to do you own research for the UCLA portion of this question.
