Hi everyone. My AP Scores are not the best (5/5/4/4/3) so I left them off. I am, however, an AP Scholar with Distinction and I put that on my application. I heard AP scores were optional and I didn't put them on any other apps and I've been fine until now. Cornell called me today asking for the scores. What does this mean?? Was I SUPPOSED to report them to Cornell?

I wouldn’t be too worried. Maybe they thought you were lying and they want your scores. Maybe the AP thing might help you. Either way, you had better get them those scores; it would look really bad if you didn’t. By the way, I don’t think your AP’s look that bad…

how is 5/5/4/4/3 “not the best”? those scores are pretty damn good. i dont know if the 4s and 3 will get you any credit, but 2 5s and 2 4s is great.

OHNOEZ, yet another nonconformist on CC, we must take more drastic measures to ensure the extermination of these lesser races.

Seriously @OP: I don’t know to whom you are comparing yourself to, but 5/5/4/4/3 are good scores…
