<p>I would not rely on calpoly stats.. my friend who has never taken an honors/ap class in her life got in and, I have been busting my butt with hard classes and got rejected.</p>
<p>They usually release the stats around this time, but i haven't seen it updates on their website yet. Although, I did hear on this site that 35,000 applied, which is a significant jump.</p>
<p>Note: I'm sure Cp does not falsify its stats.</p>
<p>Juniorita - your friend probably applied for an easier major like agriculture or liberal arts. I'm sure if you applied for the same major as she did, you would get in.</p>
<p>Cal Poly admission is heavily biased to towards GPA/SAT. ECs don't matter, AA doesn't matter, no essay.</p>
