Can anyone give me some insight on FSU?

<p>I am an out of state student that is looking for some insight/ personal experiences about FSU! I am from New Jersey and I am going to visit FSU over my spring break, and I want to know what the school is like. What are the students generally like? Are the mainly party focused? Or do they concentrate on their studies too? I'm a student that is focused on my studies, but I also love to go out and have a good time. What is the Campus atmosphere like? What are the dorms like?
Also, one of my main concerns is that I hear many students are mainly in state, so many to to school with their high school friends. This scares me because I dont want people to not be open to making new friends! I've never had problems making friends before, but this part worries me the most.</p>

<p>Any personal experiences about FSU would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>^Yes - FSU and UF have a very old and significant rivalry. </p>

<p>Everyone knows FSU is the better school, however. :)</p>
