Can I get into a UC with a 3.2

Hi! This is my first post. I am so stressed about colleges. Do I have a chance into getting into any UC besides Merced and Riverside? I want to major is either psychology or sociology. Honest answers please! Maybe some personal stories about getting into a UC with a low gpa?
In freshman, I don't remember the grades for all my classes but I believe I received 3.85 both semesters

Sophomore
Earth Science A/A
Honors English B/C
Algebra 2 C/C
AP Euro B/B
Digital art 2 A/A
Spanish 2 B/B
I think that was my grade but the gpa of first semester was 3.0 and second semester was 3.1(I know it's really bad)

Junior(This year) I didn't get my semester grade but this is my estimate
Us History A
English A
Spanish c
Ap Digital Art A
Pre-cal- B
Chemistry B
and I'm talking Ap psychology through BYU and I'm pretty sure I'll be getting an A

I haven't took my SAT yet but I will be aiming for 2000 or above

Extracurricular
Key Club for 3 years
Interact for 3 years(received two awards)
Very active church attender
I was treasurer for the church youth group for 2 years and president for 1
I went to Nevada for missionary work for 3 years
I volunteer at an Alzheimer center
I have around 1000 hours of community service
I helped organize a vacation bible school for 3 years straight and I am one of the instructors

Backround
I am a Korean girl. I go to a very competitive high school. My income is very low so I am part of the reduced lunch program. I come home at around 9 every night because my dad makes me help around his store so I don't have much time to study

Definitely include your financial situation in your application. Of course, it will depend on your test scores, but you should be able to get into some other UCs. I think you have a fair shot at all of them actually, especially because Berkeley is big on community service and giving back to others. Don’t stress yet, that’s for your senior year haha. Good luck!

Oh and I was a korean instructor/teacher for elementary school students for 3 years and I teach them every Sunday

Oh thank you so much! I feel so stressed because I know tons of stories about people with 4.0 unweighted gpa with lots of extracurricular getting rejected from UCs. I just want to get out of my town. I know that if I stay in my area, I won’t have proper time to study(like high school) and it will be very distracting and stressful due to the constant family problems that keep showing up

This link will show you the freshman profile for each campus. These stats are averages but give you a feel of what it takes to get in. I think 6 campuses have 4.0+ GPA averages now. (I believe those are weighted college prep 10-11 GPAs) A 2000+ SAT will help but you need the grades to back it up.

Don’t be afraid to consider some CSUs.
