Can I get into University of Alabama with a 3.2 GPA and 1900 SAT Score?

I just barely passed freshman and sophomore year (D’s and C’s) but during both junior and senior year I got straight A’s. I would go into the story as to how I brought up my grades but I’m not sure it matters and I doubt you all care. Freshman year I was VP of French club. Junior and Senior year I held a part time job and volunteered at an organization for about 4 hours every week. There is a huge upward trend which I’m hoping will help me while applying.

I would also like to know what the lowest acceptance rate for a college is that I could aim for. For example, University of Alabama has a 51% acceptance rate. I want to know if I should even be considering colleges that only accept 51%. What acceptance rate do you think would be a good range for me? I’m thinking any college with an acceptance rate less than 60% is a reach. Thoughts?

Also, I’d love to hear your opinion on my SAT scores. I do have an opportunity to retake them if they are too low.

Thank you to anyone that wants to help me out!!

I usually avoid saying things with certainty, but you will get in. Your SAT scores are more than enough for acceptance into Bama. Congrats on your acceptance. Because Bama has rolling admissions, someone with your stats is essentially guaranteed to get in if they apply early. Tbh I’ve never actually seen anyone who hasn’t gotten into Bama.

apply now and you’ll know quickly but yes you’ll get in. However you won’t get Honors College (well, you can try if you want, but odds aren’t in your favor!)
Have you run the Net Price calculator? Is the cost affordable for your parents?
You should also apply to another university so that you have a choice. Could be Mississippi State, UAH, UAB, Montevallo, Stetson, Eckerd…

Thank you, thats great to hear.
