Can I start with a clean slate?

I’m interested in the nursing program, I live in south Florida. The medical field as you may know is very competitive and it’s becoming more increasingly competitive. I did not start off great when I started going to school in 2002, my grades and GPA suck for any nursing program. I was thinking about moving to another state or up north to Orlando but I don’t want to transfer my grades. I want to start off fresh like I just graduated high school. I should also mention that I have an AA degree under my belt. Do I have to transfer my credits to another school? Is this legal? Can I start with a clean slate? Thanks

You cannot do that. When you apply to any school, all previous transcripts must be included. They can tell if you have omitted one because there is a national clearinghouse. If and when you are caught, your acceptance is revoked, or any degree earned from that application is revoked. If you received federal aid, you can be in even more trouble. Knowingly omitting a transcript is submitting a fraudulent application.
