I’m a senior at a small private school in Nashville, TN. I’m in the top 5% of my class. I’m a white male. I would like to study behavioral economics and public policy. I will be applying to penn Wharton school ed. However I was also thinking about applying for the college. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
